We Build ItIn Steel.

Emerald City Industrial is a Sequim, Washington fabrication shop turning ideas and engineering drawings into finished marine and custom steel — cut, welded, galvanized, and installed. In-house mechanical design means we can take your project from a napkin sketch all the way to the jobsite.

What We Do

From Design to Delivery

Most shops cut or design. We do both — which means fewer handoffs, tighter tolerances, and parts that fit the first time.

Metal Fabrication

Structural and plate fabrication, precision MIG/TIG welding, forming, and finishing — pile collars, hoppers, chutes, and weldments. Plus custom architectural work: railings, gates, hearths, and plasma-cut art.

Design & Drafting

3D SolidWorks modeling, dimensioned shop drawings, and FEA stress analysis. A BS in Mechanical Engineering behind every job — so the hard problems get solved before they hit the shop floor.

Marine & Installs

Galvanized marine structures, dock and bulk-terminal work, rigging hardware, and on-site installation. Built to survive saltwater, weather, and the Pacific Northwest.

Why Emerald City

Engineering-Grade Fabrication

Emerald City Industrial was founded in 2016 on a simple idea: a fabrication shop is only as good as the engineering behind it. With a Mechanical Engineering degree and years of hands-on shop and field experience, we take on the projects other shops turn away.

  • Reverse-engineering and redesign of worn or failed parts
  • Load and stress validation before a single cut is made
  • Hot-dip galvanized finishes for marine and outdoor service
  • One team from concept and drawings through delivery and install
